A&D IT: NETWORK ACCESS REQUEST

 

This form is for requesting access to the School of Art & Design network in the following buildings:

Art & Architecture Building:
The A&A building uses the UM Wireless Network, which provides access to anyone with a wireless card and a UM uniqname/password. Only use this form if you need ethernet access in the A&A building.

A&D Studios - North Main Street and South State Street:
Use this form to request wireless and ethernet access for new equipment at the Faculty and Graduate studios.
